Domestic Shipping:

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically dispatched within 4–6 business days.

Express Shipping (Prepaid only): Orders are delivered within 5–6 business days
from dispatch.

Note: Express shipping is not applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept both online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).

 However, COD is not available for orders above ₹10,000.

Are the prices inclusive of taxes?

Yes, all prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes in accordance with current government regulations.

Can I modify the shipping address?

Shipping addresses can be updated only before the product is packed. Once packed, no changes can be made.

What are the shipping charges?

 Prepaid Orders: Free standard shipping.

 COD Orders: ₹350 shipping charge.

 Express Shipping: ₹600 charge (available only for prepaid orders).

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted (under certain conditions as per our return policy). Refunds, if returns are approved, will be issued as Store Credit to your TheRealB account that you can use it in your next purchase with us. We also offer Size Exchanges to ensure you find your perfect fit..

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide delivery across all countries.

What are the shipping charges for international orders?

 A flat shipping charge of ₹3500 will apply to all international orders.

Are returns or exchanges allowed for international orders?

No, returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

Are there any additional charges for international shipping?

Yes, custom duties and local taxes will be levied as per the destination country and are to be borne by the customer.

How long does international delivery take?

International orders will be delivered within 15-20 business days from the date of order confirmation.
